Juvéderm Volux is injected into the jawline area using a fine needle. The injections are made along the jawline to add volume and improve definition. The treatment will be customized to the individual patient’s needs, with more or less filler used depending on the desired result. When administering Juvéderm Volux for jawline enhancement, our highly skilled injectors will first assess the patient’s jawline to determine the appropriate injection sites. Using a comination of art and science they will detemin the ideal amount of filler needed to achieve the desired results.
The Juvéderm Volux filler is then injected to add volume, definition, and/or symmetry to the jawline, which can help to create a sharper or more angled chin and jaw in women – or a more square and masculine jawline in men. In more mature patients who have lost chin definition due to sagging skin or loss of plumpness, defining the jaw line with Volux can create a more youthful appearance.
